Image
What you need 1. X-pole (Pre-assembled) 2. X-pole permanent mount 3. A ladder 4. A piece of trimmed wood board. 1”thick, Size 8”x 6” (A little larger than the base of your X-pole mount) 5. 7 pieces of spax-3 screw 6. 3 pieces of 3/4 rings 7. A stud finder (purchased from homedepot) 8. Measure tape 9. A drill gun 10. A drill, 3/52 11. A screw Holder for 1/4” spax-3 scree 12. A butterfly spin drill bit 13. tape 14. Ruler 15. A Messure app.(optional) Step 1. Mark the position I first used a Stud finder to identify a appropriate spot on my ceiling for installing the pole. The spot I located, from ceiling to floor, is about 11’6” height. But after I put my pole on. I found out the pole height I configured is a little shorter than the recommended safe-height. So I suggest a ceiling to floor distance within the range of 11’ to 11’5″. Otherwise, use a different x-pole extension. I purchased my pole from here: http://xpoleus.com/store/welcome-to-xpole-us-online-permanent-mounts-c-2_26.htm...

From meticulously planning the layout to designing and building every piece of furniture, I brought my vision to life. And of course, massive thanks to Dreamlike Furniture and our amazing lighting technicians for their contribution. 🙏 The studio renovation renderings are surely impressive, but my converted workspace holds a special place. There's something magical about humble spaces. Perhaps it's the freedom to experiment without judgment, the permission to embrace the mess, and the potential to nurture innovation. History is filled with groundbreaking ideas born in unassuming spaces – HP, Apple, the electric lightbulb… the list goes on. In my converted studio, I've found a haven for my creativi...
