My Design Studio

It feels like just yesterday we were huddled in that tiny office, dreaming of something bigger. And now, here we are! My new studio is finally ready. 🤩

This space is bright, spacious, and filled with creative energy and is going to be the launchpad for some incredible projects.

From meticulously planning the layout to designing and building every piece of furniture, I brought my vision to life. And of course, massive thanks to Dreamlike Furniture and our amazing lighting technicians for their contribution. 🙏

The studio renovation renderings are surely impressive, but my converted workspace holds a special place. There's something magical about humble spaces. Perhaps it's the freedom to experiment without judgment, the permission to embrace the mess, and the potential to nurture innovation. History is filled with groundbreaking ideas born in unassuming spaces – HP, Apple, the electric lightbulb… the list goes on.
In my converted studio, I've found a haven for my creativity. I cut wood, sand down rocks, refine my artistic productions, and cover the cement floor with countless sketches without an ounce of guilt. It's a space that centers me.

Let me walk you through it, starting with the Oriental accents. The original space was quite chaotic, with piles of corrugated boxes, scattered paints, and rough-hewn shelves. To balance this, I incorporated intentional elements with clean lines and elegant touches to enhance a sense of zen and mindfulness.
The studio door is no longer just a door; it's an invitation to create and embrace "beautiful accidents" – those unexpected moments that often lead to the most delightful discoveries. My angled desk, crafted from a 45-degree bend of 1.5-inch thick wood, is another masterpiece. I've surrounded myself with my childhood paintings, including a vibrant acrylic landscape and a black and white cutout displayed above my piano.
